2. Vintage Item Condition & Accuracy

We specialize in vintage wargaming miniatures.

  • Condition Grading: Many of our items are 30–40 years old. While we strive to provide high-quality photos and descriptions, these items are sold "as-is." Small imperfections in the casting (lead or white metal) or minor "lead rot" typical of the era will be noted in the description but do not constitute a "damaged" item.

  • Photos: We provide high-resolution images of the exact miniature you will receive unless otherwise stated. Please review these carefully before purchasing.

  • Missing Parts: For multi-part kits, we verify completeness; however, if a component is missing that was not noted in the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Pricing and Order Fulfillment

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • Order Cancellations: As noted in our Shipping Policy, once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • Tracking: We provide tracking for all orders. If an item is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but is missing, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Intellectual Property

The names "Citadel," "Ral Partha," "Games Workshop," and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are a secondary-market retailer of vintage collectibles and are not affiliated with these brands.

6. Limitation of Liability

Black Arrow Minis shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
