Order Cancellations

We strive to get your miniatures into your hands as fast as possible.

The Window: Most orders are processed within 24 hours.

The Rule: If you need to cancel, please email us immediately. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order. At that point, the standard return process applies.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your new (or vintage) minis. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the exact condition they were received. For vintage metal miniatures, this means they must not have been primed, painted, stripped, or modified in any way.

Packaging: If the miniature was sold in its original blister pack or box, it must be returned unopened.

Refunds & Costs

Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. This fee goes directly to the carrier and cannot be recovered once the item is sent.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus original shipping) will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
