Processing & Dispatch

We know you’re excited to get your new miniatures on the painting table.

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Fast Fulfillment: Because we prioritize getting orders out quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at blackarrowgamessales@gmail.com.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Flat Rate: $6.00 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders.

Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $99 ship for free.

Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage. All orders include tracking.

International Shipping

Flat Rate: $16.00 flat rate shipping on international orders.

Free Shipping: All international orders over $199 ship for free.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For our international hobbyists, please note that any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing, as we cannot mark items as "Gift" to circumvent customs.

Delivery Times: International shipping times vary by destination but generally take between 10–28 business days.

Missing or Damaged Packages

Once an item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. However, we want you to be satisfied. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.
